We provide healthcare for people living in Chicago area: including Cook, DuPage, Kane, Kankakee, Lake and Will Counties. Because we are a not-for-profit, our only job is to take care of you and your family. We don’t have to answer to any shareholders!
Do you qualify for Illinois Medicaid? If you do, you may receive your healthcare benefits from us. That’s because we have a contract with the State of Illinois. As an Illinois Medicaid provider, we give you high quality healthcare at a good value.
We believe that when people have easy access to care, they will be in better health. That’s why we make our services as convenient as possible. The Family Health Network has 110+ hospitals and thousands of physicians to help you stay well.

Family Health Network has a loyal staff of skilled representatives to help you. We have representatives that speak both English and Spanish. We encourage members to use our services and call us anytime for help. Your health is our top priority!

The hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

NurseNow is our FREE 24-hour helpline for members. Members can call to ask about symptoms they are having or medicines they are taking. They are welcome to ask any health-related questions.
