You may receive a letter from the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services(HFS) about changes in the way they provide your healthcare.

If you are a member of Family Health Network(FHN), we hope you will stay with the plan and continue to receive great medical care and the many benefits that go with FHN membership.  To remain an FHN member, DO NOT reply to the letter.  There is NO NEED to do anything.
